Dropbox is an invaluable tool for file storage. Not only does it allow you to collaborate with others by sharing particular folders, it also keeps track of all changes to a file so you have version control at your finger tips, plus all your files and changes are accessible online.
Simply download and install the Dropbox application which will create a Dropbox folder on your local machine. All you have to do is treat like a typical folder on your machine and all the clever synchronization will happen in the background.
